Gustavo Jimenez

Gustavo leads Blokko’s mission to modernize financial infrastructure and expand access to digital payments globally. A seasoned leader in payments and technology, he has held senior roles at Verifone, StarMedia, Hewlett-Packard, and Veea, scaling platforms across global markets. A serial entrepreneur, he co-founded Wilean and ZonaMóvil, the latter surpassing $100M in revenue. His work focuses on turning emerging technologies into practical solutions for businesses and consumers.

Israel Hernandez

COO & Co-Founder

Fintech architect and payments innovator behind early digital payment infrastructure.

Israel leads platform development and global operations for Blokko. A fintech architect and early builder of digital payment infrastructure, he has spent his career developing the technology behind modern payment systems across Latin America. A graduate of Tecnológico de Monterrey, he introduced several industry firsts in Mexico, including early internet-based card transactions, e-banking platforms, and IP-based POS systems with biometric authentication. He later co-founded Punto Clave, which was acquired by Edenred.

Alejandro Morales

Alejandro Morales leads global strategic alliances at Blokko, building partnerships across financial institutions, fintech platforms, and payment networks worldwide. A global payments strategist, he has played a key role in shaping digital payment ecosystems across Latin America. His career includes senior roles at Citibank, Vice President positions at Visa and Broxel, and CEO of Prosa, one of the region’s largest transaction processing networks. He is known for aligning organizations to expand infrastructure, enter new markets, and scale modern financial services.

Antonio Regojo

Antonio is CLO at Blokko and founder of Avenida Legal, advising entrepreneurs and high-growth companies across the United States, Europe, and Latin America. A technology attorney with over 18 years of experience across law, finance, and entrepreneurship, he specializes in technology law, intellectual property, and corporate strategy. Earlier in his career, he worked as a stockbroker and equity trader in New York, shaping his understanding of financial markets. He also founded Inversionario.com to expand access to financial education.

Omar Hernández

Omar Hernández is the chief technology executive at Blokko, leading platform architecture, infrastructure, and innovation. A fintech builder and systems architect, he has spent over 20 years developing high-scale, secure transaction platforms across Latin America. He co-founded Punto Clave®, one of Mexico’s earliest fintech SaaS platforms, scaling it across banking, retail, and public sector programs to process over 100 million transactions annually before attracting acquisition interest from Edenred. He is known for building resilient systems that support real-world commerce.

Ori J Sivan

Ori brings over 20 years of experience leading performance improvement and transformation across private equity, mid-market, and startup environments. Founder of Parliament Consulting, he works closely with Blokko to provide executive-level oversight of finance, operations, and strategic growth initiatives. He combines analytical rigor with hands-on leadership across organizational design, financial systems, and operational strategy. His background includes roles as Operating Partner and COO at Mooza Capital and Director at Alvarez & Marsal.
